Recruitment and executive search
One consultant. One real piece of work. Fourteen days.
Claude Readiness: finish one piece of real recruitment work with Claude, to a standard you would put your name to. The Intelligence Platform keeps the firm current every week after that.
For search firms, specialist agencies and interim providers, from a two-desk boutique to a group with international offices. Every organisation from the sole trader to the global firm buys the same thing at the same price, and nobody needs a sales call to start.
The gap, in the sector's own words
APSCo's December 2025 whitepaper, The Recruitment Transformation, found two thirds of UK recruitment firms implementing or trialling AI, and warned that the gap between tactical and strategic adopters will widen rapidly. The hard part is not starting. Anthropic ships changes most weeks, and its free Claude Academy will teach your consultants the product. Neither tells you which of your desks to point it at first, nor gives a client evidence that a named person can do the work.
What you finish in fourteen days
Claude Readiness is a six-lesson track your people work through on their own tasks, not on exercises. It ends with something they built and a credential graded on our servers, with a public verification page a client or a tender panel can check. The same subscription carries the other three tracks for when a firm wants to go further: Setup and Onboarding, Cowork, and Agentic Engineering for the technical people around the desk.
One scenario from the Scenario Lab
The Platform holds a recruitment pack of tested scenarios, each a step-by-step test you run on your own mandates. This is the first one most firms run.
Longlist research: brief to mapped candidates in a day
The problem. Researchers spend two to three days building a longlist per mandate, and coverage depends on who does the mapping and which databases they remember to check.
The outcome you test for. A structured longlist with company mapping, a career rationale per name and a prioritisation, produced in hours and reviewed by the consultant.
- Pick a recently completed search where you know the real longlist, so the result can be compared honestly.
- Write the brief as you would for a researcher: role, sector, target companies, level, location, non-negotiables and known no-go names.
- Ask Claude to build the target-company map first, including the adjacent sectors a junior researcher would miss.
- Ask for the longlist in your house format, then compare it against the real one: names found, names missed, names your team had not considered.
- Record research hours saved, coverage against the human longlist, and the number of genuinely new names.
The scenario measures. It does not promise a number, and neither do we.
What you get every week
- The brief. Five items on what Anthropic shipped and what each one means for an agency, in under 250 words.
- The releases, translated. Every model, feature and price change, with the desk it affects.
- The cost calculator. What a workload costs to run, priced at published rates.
We do not need access to your client, candidate or placement data, and nothing installs inside your systems. The Platform is ours and you log into it.
