Accountancy and legal practices

Capable, not just aware. With the governance to show for it.

Claude Readiness: in fourteen days, one fee earner finishes one piece of real client work with Claude, to a standard you would put your name to. The Intelligence Platform keeps the practice current every week after that.

For regional accountancy firms and law firms, from a sole practitioner to a multi-office group. The regulated professions have the same two questions everywhere: which work is it safe to put through Claude, and who in the firm can actually do it well. Every organisation from the sole trader to the global firm buys the same thing at the same price.

The gap, in the profession's own words

ICAEW's research of May 2026 puts AI in the technology strategy of 86 per cent of mid-tier firms, with only moderate use to date. Strategy is not capability, and a report nobody opens is not adoption. Our Insights page sets out the measurement gap in full, with every source named.

What you finish in fourteen days

Claude Readiness is a six-lesson track worked through on your own matters and engagements, not on exercises. It ends with something built and a credential graded on our servers, with a public verification page. Governance is part of it: the track builds a usage policy on your real workflows, so what your people are doing with Claude is something you can show a regulator, an insurer or a client. The same subscription carries the other three tracks for when the practice wants to go further: Setup and Onboarding, Cowork, and Agentic Engineering for anyone technical in the firm.

One scenario from the Scenario Lab

The Platform holds a professional-services pack of tested scenarios, each a step-by-step test you run on your own files. This is the one practices usually run first, because it uses nothing but work the firm has already done.

Scenario · Claude Cowork · half a day for the first hundred documents

Precedent mining: the firm's past work made searchable

The problem. The firm has solved most problems before, but past deliverables live in folders nobody searches, and teams reinvent work that exists.

The outcome you test for. An indexed precedent bank: past deliverables summarised, tagged by problem and sector, queryable in plain English before any new engagement starts.

  1. Pick one practice area's deliverables folder, sanitised of anything client-confidential beyond internal use.
  2. Ask Claude Cowork to sweep it: a three-line summary per document, the problem solved, sector, approach and reusable assets.
  3. Spot-check ten summaries against the source documents for accuracy.
  4. Test retrieval with five real questions a team might ask, and score the answers.
  5. Set the maintenance rule: every completed engagement adds its summary on closure.

The scenario measures retrieval success and the hours one found precedent saved. It does not promise a number, and neither do we.

What you get every week
