Strategic Claude enablement

The curriculum from engagements that cost thousands. Self-paced, £20 a month, free for 14 days.

Signalcroft AI turns the facilitated Claude sessions that once ran as private consulting engagements into a curriculum any professional can work through, in any size of organisation. Self-paced modules worked in your own time, and the artifact you actually finish.

Four tracks, from Claude Readiness to secure agentic engineering. Built for the sole trader, the growing practice, the mid-market firm and the global business alike. 14 days free, no card.

One capability, anywhere you operate. Every number on the globe is real, dated and sourced.

Every track here is a workshop our founder has delivered live, to paying clients. The curriculum is the same material, not a lighter version of it.

The problem

Being aware of Claude is not the same as being capable with it.

Most professionals have tried Claude once or twice. Far fewer have used it to finish something that mattered, to the standard their own work demands.

The free content is abundant and it stops at the same place every time: a demo, a clever prompt, a flicker of what is possible, and then back to the day job unchanged. What is missing is the facilitated path from a blank screen to a finished artifact, and the habit that follows it. That path is what consultants charged thousands of pounds to run, which put it out of reach of all but the largest organisations. We have productised the path itself, so you can work it yourself for £20 a month. Having it run for you by a person, scoped to your organisation, is still an engagement and still starts at £2,500. Both are on the pricing page, and neither is the other one discounted.

The curriculum

Four tracks. Each one leaves you with something you built.

Every track was a real engagement, now productised. The deck, the hands-on build, the prompts, the frameworks, and the artifact you finish with. Work them self-paced, in whatever order your week allows.

Track 01

Claude Readiness

Two live sessions for leadership: the governance foundation, then the 4D Fluency Framework for judging AI output, owning the cost line and scaling adoption without waiting for permission.

You leave able to decide, judge, control and scale, with the steering committee and approval pathway already running.

Track 02

Claude Cowork

Deploying Claude across a team and its work, so the capability is shared rather than trapped with one enthusiast.

You leave able to put Claude to work across a team, not just your own screen.

For developers Track 03

Agentic Engineering

The developer track, self-paced: security baselines and prompt-injection defence, the agentic OS and IDE with sandboxing and commit provenance, and context architecture with CLAUDE.md contracts. Serious engineering, not toy demos.

You leave able to build and run agentic systems securely, with the governance, sandboxing and context discipline that production needs.

Track 04

Claude Design

The design deep dive: using Claude across the design process, from first idea to finished asset.

You leave fluent in Claude for real design work, with pieces you made to show for it.

Wrapped around all four

The whole capability journey

One membership carries the lot: the Intelligence Platform, the prompt library, governance frameworks for SMB, mid-market and enterprise, and the weekly market brief that keeps every track current.

You leave current, not just trained, because the material moves as the models do.

For leadership

Claude Readiness, run live with your leadership team.

Two ninety-minute sessions, delivered live, that take a leadership team from first exposure to a governed, adopted capability. Built for the sole trader deciding whether to start, and for the leadership team of a mid-market or global firm deciding how to scale. Same curriculum either way; the pace and the examples flex to the room.

Session 1 · Foundations & Governance
Primer

Capabilities + Cost & Governance

What Claude is and does, then the cost, model-choice and data-residency decisions leadership owns.

Module 01 · Foundation

Strategic Blueprint & Governance

Steering committees, targeted pilots, an approved tool registry, shadow-AI controls and mandatory DPIAs.

Session 2 · Fluency, Risk & Scale
Module 02 · Capability

The 4D AI Fluency Framework

Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence: the model that keeps human-AI work effective and safe.

Module 03 · Assurance

Security, Incident & Legal Risk

Human oversight, incident reporting, copyright indemnity and AI-generated IP.

Module 04 · Scale

AI-Ready Culture & Scaling

Driving adoption, centres of excellence, empowering the front line and measuring what matters.

By the end, leadership can decide, judge, control and scale — govern AI deliberately, judge output with confidence, control what it costs, and scale it across the business without waiting for permission.

Decide

Set the guardrails

Stand up a steering committee, run the approval pathway and require DPIAs, so AI enters through the front door.

Judge

Assess AI output

Use the 4Ds to know what to delegate, how to brief it and when to challenge what comes back.

Control

Own the cost line

Default to the right model for the job, escalate on approval, and keep data in the region it needs to stay in.

Scale

Build the capability

Pick pilots that prove value in weeks, name champions and measure adoption, efficiency, quality and sentiment.

For engineering teams

Agentic Engineering, delivered live.

Five developers or five hundred: the standard is the same. The self-paced Agentic Engineering track, delivered live for your developers. Remote interactive workshops, code-along labs and architecture reviews, run by a senior AI engineer to cohorts of up to fifteen. Three sixty-minute sessions, run once for a single small team or repeated across a whole engineering org. This is a facilitated engagement, scoped and priced per organisation, and it sits alongside the subscription rather than inside it. The self-paced track of the same name is included in the £20 membership; what you are buying here is a senior engineer running it with your team, against your codebase.

The Model and Orchestration Playbook in the Intelligence Hub
Session 1

Governance & Foundation

Security baselines and prompt-injection tabletop exercises, so the team ships on a floor it can defend.

Session 2

Agentic OS & IDE

Team-wide Claude Code deployment, IDE sandboxing and commit provenance: agents inside the toolchain, under control.

Session 3

Context Architecture

Context-bloat eradication and CLAUDE.md XML contracts: the discipline that keeps agentic systems accurate at scale.

How it works

Free trial, to finished artifact, to habit.

The 14-day trial is short by design. It exists to get you to one finished artifact and one completed session, fast, before a card is ever asked for. Every screen below is the actual platform, not a mock-up.

StartStart free. 14 days, no card, full access to everything.
ChoosePick a track. Readiness, Cowork, Engineering or Design.
BuildFinish the artifact. A prioritised plan, a governed agent, or a reusable skill you can run again.
PractiseTake what you built into the Scenario Lab and test it against your own sector.
HabitIt becomes routine. Then put your team through it too.

Pricing

Start free. Then the price that made this a subscription.

Every price is on the page, and one line separates them. The subscription is self-paced: you work the tracks yourself, in whatever order your week allows, and nothing waits on a date in anyone's diary. The facilitated engagements are delivered live by a person, scoped to your organisation, and start at £2,500. Twenty pounds a month is not a cut-price version of the £2,500 engagement. It is the same material, taught differently, for a different job.

  • Everything in Individual
  • A shared workspace and an admin
  • Adoption reporting

For a firm putting a group through together, with the admin and reporting to see who actually used it.

Bespoke
from £2,500 scoped

The same material, delivered live by a person and scoped to your organisation. This is the only way to get facilitated delivery. It is not part of any subscription tier, and no subscription upgrades into it.

  • Claude Readiness, facilitated: the assessment run live for your organisation, £2,500. The self-paced track of the same name is in the subscription.
  • Agentic Engineering, delivered live: a developer programme run by a senior AI engineer to cohorts of 15. The self-paced track of the same name is in the subscription.
  • Private Cowork or Design workshops, delivered live

For any organisation that wants it delivered in the room, from a ten-person practice to a global firm.

The difference is delivery, not content. Claude Readiness and Agentic Engineering each exist twice: as a self-paced track inside the subscription, and as a facilitated engagement delivered live. The subscription gives you the material to work through yourself, at any hour, for £20 a month. The engagement puts a person in front of your team, scoped to your organisation and your work, from £2,500. Most people want the first. Organisations putting a group through a change together usually want the second, and some buy both. Prices exclude VAT.

The economics, stated honestly

Twenty pounds a month is £240 a year per member, against £2,500 for a facilitated engagement, which is a different product rather than the same one discounted, so this model runs on a volume the old one never needed. Team seats at £15 lift accounts above a lone subscriber, and a handful of Bespoke engagements at £2,500 and up carry the early years while the self-serve base builds.

Delivery is content, community and agent support, not consultant days, which is the reason the price can stay this low. The constraint on this business is acquisition, not delivery, and we would rather say that plainly than dress it up.

Who it is for

Land with the individual. Expand to the team.

The motion runs individual to team to firm, the reverse of selling to a board. It is cheaper to start, and it compounds through the one member who ships something real and wants their colleagues to do the same. That works in any size of organisation: a sole trader, a ten-person practice, a mid-market firm or a global business. The three segments below are where we go first, not who we are limited to.

Recruitment and executive searchPriority segment

The people pulling ahead are not the ones with the biggest budgets. They are the ones who treat Claude capability as something to build and keep, not install once.

For a search professional, the curriculum turns curiosity into a working practice: prompts on real placement and mapping work, a governance policy the firm can stand behind, and, for the technical people around you, the Agentic Engineering track.

Private equity operating teams

Keeping portfolio companies current on Claude is becoming a named responsibility, and most operating teams cannot hire for it.

An operating partner works the tracks once and can carry a tested, portfolio-ready capability across every holding, then expand it to the teams inside them through the Team tier rather than starting each one from scratch.

Regional accountancy and legal

Your people are already using Claude. The question is whether the firm knows what they are doing with it, and can prove it.

The curriculum starts from the compliance question as much as the productivity one: a governance policy you can trust, a controlled way to bring the whole practice up a level, and the frameworks a regulated firm is expected to hold.

The wider knowledge worker

You do not need to be in a priority segment to need this. You need to finish something with Claude, to a standard you are happy to put your name to.

Twenty pounds a month, free for 14 days, is a price the individual can decide on without a business case. That is the point: the enablement only the largest organisations could once afford, opened up to anyone who simply wants to be good at this.

Governance and trust

The trust questions, answered plainly.

Does Signalcroft AI need access to our client data? No.

Signalcroft AI delivers a curriculum and a hub to you. Working through the tracks does not require us to take custody of your client, candidate or matter data.

Does Signalcroft AI need access to our systems? No.

The hub is ours and you log into it. Nothing installs inside your environment, and nothing we ship depends on integration with your case, practice or CRM systems.

Is governance part of the product? Yes.

Setup and Onboarding builds a governance policy on your real workflows, and the frameworks for SMB, mid-market and enterprise come with every membership. Being able to show what your people are doing with Claude is a feature, not a footnote.

Where is our account data held?

On Cloudflare's network. The platform is served from Cloudflare's edge and its database is Cloudflare D1, stored in Western Europe. Email reaches you through Resend from its EU region. Payments are taken by Stripe, and your card number never reaches us. The full list of suppliers, what each one does and where it processes data is in our privacy notice.
